Wanda J. Smith

Funeral service for Wanda J. Smith, 84, of Temple will be 10 am Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Dossman Funeral Home with Justin Childers officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

Visitation will Be Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Dossman funeral home.

Mrs. Smith died Friday, February 19 at a Temple nursing home. She was born October 9, 1936 in Belton to Henry and Mildred (Hertenberger) Peiskee. She married Walter Smith in 1953, he preceded her in death in 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, and a brother, Delmar Eugene Peiskee.

Survivors include a son, Gary Lee Smith; two daughters, Gwendolyn Hester and Pam Michaud and husband Gerry; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
