Victor Marvin Hohhertz formally of Strawn, Texas passed away in a Temple nursing home on October 16th, 2023.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at Dossman Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 2pm, Thursday, October 19th, 2023, at Dossman Funeral Home with burial to follow at Moody Cemetery.
Victor was born June 7th, 1929, in Abilene Texas to Emanuel & Alma Symmank Hohhertz.
He lived a simple life, with a very healthy work ethic being both a farmer and oil well pumper.
Victor is survived by his niece Carolyn & Gary Specht, step nieces, Nelda Covington, Leatrice & Fred Alston, step nephew Clayton & Paulette Sams Jr. Great nieces Gina Hughes & Stacy LeBlanc, Great nephews; Robbie Hohhertz, Walt Hohhertz, and Kevin Specht. Along with over 36 step great nieces step great nephews, great great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
Victor is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers; Martin, Gilbert and Robert Hohhertz, Sisters; Etta & Elna Hohhertz, and nephew Edward Hohhertz
