Veronica Guzman

Veronica Marie Guzman, 45, of Belton passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Baylor-Scott and White Hospital in Temple.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Temple with Father John Kim officiating.

Veronica was born on July 12, 1973 in Temple to Pedro and Maria (Santos) Guzman. She was raised in Belton and graduated from Belton High School in 1992. Ms. Guzman worked as cashier at HEB in Temple for many years and was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton.

Veronica was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her daughter Anita Guzman of Belton, mother Maria Guzman of Belton, brothers Pedro N. Guzman of Temple and Alberto Guzman of Leander, and sister Eloisa B. Guzman of Baytown.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6-7 PM with a rosary beginning at 7 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Deacon Oscar Valeriano and Deacon Armando Aguirre officiating.
