Valentin Carrasco (59) Died on Friday, 19 May 2023 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple Texas.

He was born in Rotan, TX on September 21st, 1963, to Ramon Zapata Carrasco and Hortencia Ramirez Carrasco.

Valentin work in various Construction formats.  He grew up in the Belton/Temple area.  He enjoyed fishing, and planning the yearly family reunion, along with making his famous barbacoa for the event.

He is survived by his son David Carrasco of Belton, Tx, His Daughter Jessica Jeffrey and husband Mickey of Moody, TX, His four brothers; Arnulfo & Estella Carrasco, Esbardo Carrasco, Miguel & Evangela Carrasco, Alfredo & Aurelia Carrasco, his six sisters; Alicia & Tereso Garcia, Gloria & Jose Leila, Dora Esparza, Margarita Carrasco, and Celia & Robert Ybara, Geneva & Ambrocio Granado, and four grandkids, Austin Carrasco, Emma, Callie and Grayson Jeffrey.

He is preceded in death by his parents, His brothers Ruben Carrasco, Raymondo Carrasco Sr. and Sister Marie Carrasco Esparza.

Memorial service will be at 6:00pm Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, at Dossman Funeral Home
