Sue Ann Tuck

Sue Ann Tuck, 88, of Salado, died Saturday, April 1, 2023 in her home, surrounded by family.

Private services were held.

Mrs. Tuck was born July 19, 1934, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Bert Jr. and Audrey (Sullivan) Hodges.  She graduated from Norman High School in Norman, Oklahoma.  She attended the University of Oklahoma.  She married Colonel James Eli Tuck November 2, 1954 in Norman, Oklahoma.

They traveled the world following Colonel Tuck's career in the United States Air Force, before retiring to Salado with her parents and sister. She was a faithful,  God fearing woman who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Colonel James Eli Tuck.

She is survived by her sister Patsy Hodges of Salado, Texas. Three children Julie (Tuck) Lutz and husband Billy of Salado; Jeffrey Tuck and wife Nancy of Pearland; and Janet (Tuck) Croftcheck and husband Mike of Salado; grandchildren, James Lutz and wife Kayla, Jerod Lutz and wife Sara, Brittania Thomison, Jonathan Tuck, William Tuck, Emry Tuck, Katy Croftcheck, Kylie Croftcheck and Evan Croftcheck; great-grandchildren- Talon, Oliver, Carter, Nora Ann, Amelia, Stalye, Dalyn, Davin, and August.

Dossman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
