Funeral services for Sherry Hansen, 75, of Tyler, will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Shane Johnston and Ronald Carroll officiating.     Burial will be at Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River.

The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Hansen died Friday, January 3, 2025, in a Tyler hospital.

Mrs. Hansen was born August 1, 1949 in Temple, the daughter of William "Dick" Blalock and Jorice Lisenbe Blalock.
She married Lester Wayne Hansen, August 28, 1967 in Academy.
She was a homemaker and a military wife. She was a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Wayne Hansen,  parents, one sister Tammy Blalock and brother Donald "Bubba" Adcock.

Survivors include one son Casey Hunter Hansen and spouse Lettie Ann Dickerson of Tyler; sister Carol Carroll and husband Ronald Carroll, Janet Blalock, sister-in-law Carolyn Frei; three brothers, Ricky Loyd Adcock, Keith McMillan and Brad Blalock;  two grandchildren, Alexandria and Trisstian Thompson; a niece and many nephews, and numerous family members that loved her.
