Funeral services for Rosie Lee (Ivey) Puckett, 88, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Micheal Ashlock officiating.   Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation Monday evening, 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Puckett was born March 13, 1936, in Holland, the daughter of Plez and Ola Mae (Baker) Ivey.   She married George Puckett October 6, 1954 in Lampasas.  She was a longtime member of the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Puckett was a homemaker.  She also worked for ITT Grinnell for many years before going to work for Texas Instruments for 11 and a half years, proudly earning the perfect attendance award for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Puckett, February 14, 2015, also three brothers, George Ivey, Dale Ivey, and Bill Ivey; and one sister Jean Gott Dulaney.

Survivors include one son Larry Puckett; one daughter Jann Featherston and husband Timothy; one sister Dean George and husband Jeff; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
