Rosa Fae (Newton) Van Horn, 73, of Belton, died Friday, March 18, 2022, at her home.
The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday evening, March 23, 2022, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Mrs. Van Horn was born May 22, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Sarah (Tipton) Newton. She married David Van Horn, March 20, 1967, in Dayton. They made their home in Belton in 1981, moving from Germany. She was a quilter. She also loved playing bingo, crafting, and making jewelry.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Elaine Myron.
Survivors include her husband, David Van Horn of Belton; three daughters, Tearsica Brooks of Belton, Terri Van Horn of Allen and Tonya Watro of Allen; one brother James Brown of Florida and one sister, Angie Whitaker of Belton; nine grandchildren, Kimberly, Katherine, Rebecca, Tom, Michael, Elsa, Anastasia, Genevieve and Grayson; and three great-grandchildren, Fae, Audrey and Azazel.
