Funeral services for Robert “Bob”  E. Adams, 75, of Little River-Academy will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Moffat Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday evening October 3, 2023 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Adams died Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the VA Hospital in Temple.

Mr. Adams was born February 17, 1948, in Hopewell, Virginia, the son of Weldon and Louise (Harris) Adams.   He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army.   He married Belinda Brown, November 5, 1976, in Temple at Twin Cities Baptist Church.

Mr. Adams was a truck driver for 39 years, retiring from Central Freight.  He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Belinda Adams; children, daughter Leslie Bulls and husband Stephen; son Corey Adams and wife Sharla; and daughter Amanda Lesikar and husband Trent; two sisters Carolyn Adams and Faye Bailey; five grandchildren, Shelbee Webb, Kaitlyn Webb, Courtney Adams, Kenedi Adams, Brayden Lesikar and two twin grandsons on the way.
