Randy Cloninger

Service for Joe Randall Cloninger, “Randy”,65, of Belton will be 10 Am Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, Texas.

Randy was born on January 6th, 1956, in Marshall, Texas. Randy has been a Killeen-Bell County resident since moving here as a child with his parents; Doyle and Glenda Hardin. Randy loved life, his family and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was a devoted son, brother, husband, and father.  Ultimately, he became “Popo” to three wonderful grand kids. He was a loyal friend to all who knew him and faced every day as a blessing.                    Randy was truly loved and will be forever missed.

Randy is preceded in death by his father Judge Doyle L. Hardin.

He is survived by his mother, Glenda Hardin;his older brother, Tony, both of Killeen; his son, Phillip Anelli of Temple; his daughter, Christina Ross and her husband, Brian of Temple; grandchildren, Madelyn Anelli, Paige Ross and Persayus Ross.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 5 PM to 7 Pm at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
