Randall Lee Adams

Randall Lee "Lee" Adams, 63, of Killeen passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at his home in Killeen after a short courageous battle with cancer.

An inurnment service with Military Honors will take place on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.

Lee was born on March 13, 1955 in Vincennes, Indiana to Clarence and Elizabeth (Rubrecht) Adams. Mr. Adams joined the US Navy and served for almost seven years where he served in Vietnam, earning a Bronze Star among other awards. He later joined the US Coast Guard and served until he was honorably discharged in 1981. Lee moved to the Killeen area from Massachusetts in 2010 and worked for Barrett's Upholstery until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl of Killeen, daughters Katherine (Gus) Priest of Copperas Cove, TX and Jessica Adams of Killeen, TX,  and son Zachary (Jill) Adams of Uxbridge, MA. Also surviving is his mother Elizabeth Schultz, brother Paul J Adams, sisters Jacqueline (Roy) Howell and Marianne (Dale) Burkhalter, brother John (Ruby) Adams, sister Karla (Bob Bopes) Adams, brother Bruce Adams, sisters Tamera (Lee) Ferguson, Karen (Glenn) Clark, and Sharen Adams, brother Timothy Adams, sister Angela (Doug) Snyder, and brother Patrick Adams. Also surviving is grandson Levi Priest and granddaughter Kendall Adams, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his father Clarence Adams and a sister Brenda Bradley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
