Pauline Josephine (Holtman) Siler, 73, of Lorena and formerly of Belton passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Lorena.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Christ The King Catholic Church in Belton with Father Sang Quan officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery in Belton.
Pauline was born on October 24, 1947 in Rosebud, Texas to Andrew and Leona (Smetana) Holtman. She was raised in the Rosebud area and graduated from Lott High School. Mrs. Siler married Donald Siler on September 12, 1970 in Westphalia and they were married for 41 years before he passed away in 2011. Pauline worked for McLanes Southwest for 20 years before retiring. After retirement, she worked at Sparta Elementary for several years before her health forced her to retire in 2018. Mrs. Siler was a longtime member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Belton.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and brothers Henry and Marvin Holtman. She is survived by sons Richard Siler and his wife Kari of Lorena, and Michael Siler of Kentucky; daughter Michelle Wilson and her husband Marshall of Troy; sisters Dolores Embry and her husband Charles of Moffat, and Janice Mihatsch and her husband Donnie of Temple; along with 9 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM at Dossman Funeral Home with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.
