Patsy Ferguson

November 30, 1930 — December 30, 2021

Patsy Jo (Alexander) Ferguson, 91, departed her earthly home after a lengthy illness on December 30, 2021, in Belton, Texas at Stoney Brook. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop, Texas at 11:00 AM with Wendell Stanley officiating.

Visitation will be Monday, January 3, 2022, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, Texas.

Pat was born November 30, 1930, to Joe Don and Ruby Pearl Alexander in Wichita Falls, Texas. She grew up in McLean, Texas, where she graduated from High School.

On July 12, 1947, Pat married William Kenneth (Bill) Ferguson, her high school sweetheart. They resided in McLean until moving to Baytown, where they lived for many years. Upon Bill’s retirement, they relocated to Bastrop, Texas.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Bill Ferguson.

She is survived by her son Ken Ferguson and his wife Judy; her daughter, Connie Stanley and her husband Wendell; 3 grandchildren Julie (Todd) Engelmann, Steve (Carrie) Ferguson, and Christina (Nolan) Daley; and 7 great-grandchildren, Brynn Engelmann, Makenzy and Riley Ferguson, and Mateo, Kenlee, and Emerson Daley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, or to the charity of your choice.
