Olivia Bueno Lopez

Olivia Bueno Lopez, 79, of Belton passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Baylor-Scott and White Hospital in Temple.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with Father Joseph officiating. A burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery in Belton.

Olivia was born on April 4, 1940 in Alice, Texas to Pedro and Refufia (Castillo) Bueno. She was raised in Alice and attended school there. Mrs. Lopez married Albert Lopez, Sr. on October 7, 1958 in Lubbock, Texas and they were married for 46 years before he passed away. She moved to the Belton area from Baytown, Texas in 1978 and was a homemaker and a longtime member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton.

Olivia was preceded in death by her husband Albert, Sr., sons Albert, Jr. and Antonio Lopez, and daughter San Juanita Alarcon. She is survived by sons Alfonso Lopez of Temple, Andres Lopez of Temple, Abel Lopez of Temple, and Alan Lopez of Belton, daughter Celia Longoria of Belton, brother Oracio Lopez of Baytown, 24 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday from 5-7 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with a Rosary reciting beginning at 7 PM with Deacon Armondo officiating.
