Celebration of Life of Mario Hernandez-Ramirez
Surrounded by his beloved family, Mario Hernandez-Ramirez, age 69, of Belton, Texas passed from this life during the morning hours of Friday February 25th, 2022 in the comfort of his home. He fought a tremendous battle with cancer until the very end of his journey.
He was born in Mexico to his parents, Francisco Hernandez and Fidencia Ramirez. Married to his sweetheart Maria Guajardo for 48 years. They provided love, strength, and support to their four beloved daughters to help become the women they are today. On his free time, Mario loved fishing, watching baseball, taking care of his grandkids and cooking for his family. He would make people laugh with his personality, jokes and puns that everyone enjoyed.
Mario being the oldest brother of fourteen siblings always tended to their care and needs. He enjoyed gathering his brothers and sisters around a camp fire, reminiscing the good times. He adored his grandkids who called him “Popo” and will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Francisco and Jose Juan Hernandez.
Mario leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Maria Hernandez, his four daughters Lorena Aviles, Araceli Daniel, Sandra Bush, and Melissa Hernandez, His son-in-laws Jerry Avila, David Daniel, Duran Diaz, and Carlos Torres. His eleven grandkids, Kelly, Kimberly, and Kari Aviles; Daniel Dominguez and Isabel Daniel; Corey Jr., Austin, Sadie, and Ethan Bush; Alexander and Andelyn Torres; and two great-grandchildren J.C. and Kailey Niño. His six brothers, Roberto, Nicolas, Miguel Angel, Jesus, Julio, and Ricardo. His five sisters, Dora Elia, Santos, Ana Maria, Laura, and Elvìra.
“I know you are by our side, in laughter and sorrow, in sunshine and rain, I know your are watching over us, we will always miss you, until we meet again.”

Siempre Juntos, La muerte no significa nada – yo solamente me ha movido a la habitación contigua. Lo que nosotros fuimos aun lo somos. Llámenme por mi nombre, háblenme en la misma forma en que siempre lo hicieron. Ríanse como siempre nos reimos con las bromas que disfrutamos juntos – juegan, sonrian, piensen en mi, rueguen por mi, dejen que mi nombre se la palabra cotidiana que siempre fue. Nómbrenme sin esfuerzo, La vida tiene el mismo sentido que siempre tuvo. No estén tristes, yo me encuentro muy feliz, gozando de la presencia del
todopoderoso, pues tuve el privilegio de ser llamada ante el. “Sé que estás a nuestro lado, en la risa y el dolor, bajo el sol y la lluvia, sé que nos estás cuidando, siempre te extrañaremos, hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar”.
