Marie Johnson

Neleva "Marie" Johnson, 88, of Temple passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at a Temple nursing facility.

Graveside services for Mrs. Johnson will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at North Belton Cemetery in Belton with Rev. Eddie Ray Jennings officiating.

Marie was born on July 25, 1930 in Bell County, Texas to O.J. and Fannie (Slone) Jennings. She grew up in Temple and attended schools there. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and attended Trinity Church in Temple.

She was preceded in death by a son, James Arnold Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Johnson of Temple, six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Dossman Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of the arrangements.
