Luis "Nick" Nicholas Jimenes

December 13, 1920 — January 16, 2021

Luis (Nick) Jimenes  passed away on Saturday Jan 16,2021. He was born in December of 1920 in Belton,Tx to Pedro and Tiburcia Pacheco Jimenez.
He married Christina Ramirez in June of 1941.
He attended Belton schools and went on to serve in the US Army during WWII. After returning from the war, he worked for Griggs Equipment, Brazos Electric, before going to work for the Bell County Sheriff’s department. He served as a Bell county deputy for 20 years upon his retirement in 1987.
He was an active member of Christ the King Catholic Church serving as a Minister of the Eucharist and a Knight of Columbus for many years.
He was dearly loved and respected by his family and friends.  He will be missed for his sense of humor and humility.
Nick is preceded in death by his wife Christina,  his parents, his sister Mary Trevino, and brother Pete Jimenez.
He is survived by his daughters Louise Jimenes Rodriguez (Jesse) from San Antonio, Tx and Gloria Jimenes Zacharias from Belton, Tx; his Four sisters
Helen Jimenez, Abigail Jimenez, Dominique Schofield, Pauline Jimenez(Jose) from Belton, Tx; five
Grandchildren Monica Noxon, William Rodriguez (Nancy) Julie Cope (Brian) Trey Zacharias (Rachel) Nick Zacharias ; and seven Great grandchildren Jessica Noxon, Matthew and Mia Rodriguez, Hunter Cope,  and Haden, Grayson, and Landry Zacharias.
