Funeral services for Kevin Wayne Hamblin, 40, of Temple, Tx. will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation Monday evening from 6-8 at the Funeral Home.
Mr. Hamblin died Sunday, March 6, 2022, at his home in Temple.
Mr. Hamblin was born January 14, 1982, in Temple, Texas. He is the son of Larry William and Yolanda (Vasquez) Hamblin. He was born and raised in Central Texas and resided in Temple for the remainder of his life. He worked for HEB Distribution in Temple. He was a huge football fan who loved the Philadelphia Eagles and Texas Longhorn. Kevin loved and cherished his family.
He was preceded in death by his father Larry William Hamblin and a sister, Lareasa Hamblin.
Survivors include his mother, Yolanda Scanlon of Temple, four sisters, Sylvia Hitzegrad, Michelle Candelario and Jessica Hamblin all of Temple, and Angie Hamblin of Virginia; one brother Blake Hamblin of Virginia; 1 niece and 4 nephews.
