Kenneth R Roberts

Kenneth R. Roberts, of Cibolo, TX, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019, at the age of 74.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.

He was born in Killeen, TX on May 14, 1945 to Thomas Lee and Violet Marie (Cunningham) Roberts, Ken was a graduate of Belton High School in 1965, Temple Police Training School, and the National Institute of Technology (A.S.), after serving in the U.S. Air Force.

On November 27, 1965 he married Gloria Ann Grover, who predeceased him in 2008, after more than four decades of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his wife Gloria; parents Thomas and Violet; brothers Bill Roberts and George Roberts; and niece, Theresa Roberts.

He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Randle and husband Thomas of Lake Orion, MI, Pamela Daby of Cibolo, TX, Priscilla Roberts of San Antonio, TX, and Paula Smith of Plano, TX; a son, Wesley Roberts of Cibolo, TX; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters Janice Foster, Nelda Roberts, Dolores Farmer, Lisa Welch;a brother Randy Roberts; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Ken loved dancing, motorcycles, big rigs, auto racing, politics and spending time with his family. Ken was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend to all.
