Johnnie Ellison

Johnnie Ellison, 84, of Belton passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020 after a short illness at a Belton care facility.

Private family services will be held.

Mrs. Ellison was born on April 13, 1935 in Belton to J.D. (Dock) and Rena Grace Johnson. She grew up in the Armstrong Community and attended Armstrong school. Johnnie married L.H. Ellison in 1987. Mrs. Ellison worked at Scott and White and retired in 1999. After her retirement she enjoyed going to and having yard sales. She also loved spending time with her family, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her many dogs she had over the years.

Johnnie was preceded in death by her son Jerry King, her parents, a sister, and a brother. She is survived by her husband L.H. Ellison, daughter Teresa Kelley, and a sister Mary Wilhite all of Belton, as well as her grandchildren.

Mamma will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 from 5-6 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
