Jeffrey Scott Horsak

Jeffrey Scott Horsak, 42, of Academy passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Academy.

Jeffrey was born on February 7, 1976 in Temple to Richard and Cathey (Kettler) Horsak. He was raised in Austin and graduated from Austin Anderson High School in 1994. Mr. Horsak received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in Austin and later completed his Master's Degree. He started in the construction buriness in 1998 and later formed his own company, Wabash Construction, which he owned and operated until his death. He married Melissa Foster on October 5, 2011 in Temple. He was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Belton and also attended Unitarian Church in Morgan's Point Resort.

Mr. Horsak was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife Melissa of Academy, sons Kimble Grey of Temple and Kellam Michalek of Academy, daughter Jaden Michalek of Academy, mother Cathey Horsak of Academy, and grandfather Bobby Johnson of Waco.
