Jackie M. Northam

August 9, 1936 — January 27, 2024

Jackie (Jack) M. Northam 87 years of age of Belton Texas peacefully passed away January 27, 2024, surrounded by his family at a “Here at Home” facility in Temple Texas.

Jack was born in Sparta Texas on August 8, 1936, to Charles and Sadie Northam.  He grew up with his brothers Bill and Joe.  He loved golfing, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, playing pool and riding motorcycles.  He worked at Wilsonart for 36 and a half years and was one of the original 19 employees that started at Wilsonart.  He loved spending time with his friends, family, and especially his grandchildren.

He and his wife, Deborah E. Northam had an amazing blended family.  Together they have 3 sons, Doug Northam and his wife Susan, Pistol Northam and his wife Carrie, Bill Yarnell and his wife Jin Lian, and one daughter Shelley Doyle and her husband Torrey.  They have 7 grandchildren, Kristina, Chris, Tyler, Cody, Catherine, Will, Sallie and one great-grandchild, Harlee.  They also have many nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and both of his brothers.

Jack’s Celebration of Life service will be held at Crossroads Church, located at 500 South I-35 Belton Texas 76513, on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 10AM.
