Funeral services for Helen Louise Knight, 97, of Texarkana, formerly of Belton were held on June 8, 2023.

Mrs. Knight died June 3rd in a Texarkana nursing center.

Mrs.Knight was born June 22, 1925 in Belton. The daughter of Madison Luther Barrett and Emily Elberta Tomlin Barrett. She married George C. Knight. Together they farmed outside of Belton.

She was preceded in her death by her husband and one daughter, Sybil Landis.

Survivors include one son Eddie Knight, one daughter Karen Knight, and three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
