Helen Marie Cryer

Funeral services for Helen Marie Taylor Cryer, 85, of Temple will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Cryer died Monday, March 14, 2022, in a Temple hospital.

Mrs. Cryer was born September 12, 1936 in Rogers, the daughter of William Ernest Taylor and Ida Beatrice (Warren) Taylor.  She married Bobby D. Cryer, November 22, 1956.   She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Rogers.   She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Mrs. Cryer was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby D. Cryer and one brother, William Alfred Taylor.

Survivors include two sons Paul Cryer of Bastrop, John Cryer and wife Allison of Belton; two brothers Raymond Taylor of Rogers and Terry Taylor of Holland; three sisters Rita Jones of Taylor, Earline Reid of Temple and Ernestine Brown of Moffat; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
