Gerald Everett Fancher

Gerald Everett Fancher, 76, of Little River-Academy, died Thursday, June 24, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Fancher was born February 20, 1945, in Sloansville, New York, the son of Judson and Janet (Mickel) Fancher.   He married Irene Rodriguez in 1992 in Casa Grand, Arizona.   He worked as a border patrol agent for many years until retiring in 1996.   Mr. Fancher moved from Arizona to Dixon, Missouri and twelve years ago made his home in central Texas.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Arizona.  He was a member of the Temple Gun Club.  He was a Methodist.
Mr. Fancher was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Daniel Judson Fancher.
Survivors include his wife Irene Fancher of Little River Academy; son Gary Lewis Fancher and wife Lisa of Eloy, Arizona; step-son Pablo Pena III of Edinburg; brother Ronald Fancher of Summit, New York; two grandchildren Dante Damien Pena and Darien Jonathan Pena.
