Fredrick V Maruna

Fredrick V. Maruna, 84, of Belton, died Thursday, December 31, 2020 at a Temple hospital.

Services will be 10 Am Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.

Fredrick was born in Bell County, on September 12, 1936, to John S. and Mary (Vanicek) Maruna. He was in the United States National Guard. He was in the glass business since he was 16 years old starting at Boulevard Glass then went to work in partners with A&M Glads & Mirror and in 1996 open his own business M&M Glass & Mirror which he ran up till his death and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Temple.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Margaret Alex and a brother, Johnny Maruna.

Survivors include two sons, Craig Maruna and wife Teresa of Santa Anna, Texas and Mark Maruna and wife Lisa of Belton; a daughter, Melissa Siegeler and Ricky of Belton; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and, two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 Pm to 7 Pm Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Dossman funeral home.
