Frankie was born in Rush Spring, Oklahoma on June 7th, 1932, to Thomas Franklin and Lula Vade Wood McGuyer.
She was married to J.T. Parker on January 10th, 1950, until his death in 2013.
Frankie was a member of Miller Heights Baptist Church and worked as a Life Skills Instructor. She Loved her family, and her family loved her.
She is survived by her sons, John & Pat Parker, Jimmy & Caroline Parker, and Daughters, Lori & WB Maples and Tammi & Randy Patterson. Along with 6 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
