Fernando Martinez

Fernando Martinez, 16, of Belton passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at McLane's Children Hospital in Temple.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Fernando will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with Father Sang officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

Fernando was born on March 27, 2004 in Temple to Fidencio and Juana (Partida) Martinez. He was raised in Belton and was a student at Belton High School. Mr. Martinez was a member at Christ The King Catholic church in Belton.

Survivors include his parents of Belton, brother Jose Martinez of Belton, and sisters Jacqueline Martinez-Moreno and her husband Sergio of Temple and Rubi Martinez of Belton. Also surviving are his grandparents Ofelio and Lorenza Martinez, and Pedro and Luisa Partida, along with nephews Roman and Milan Moreno and nieces Madelyn Moreno, and Dyanara Moreno.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 5-7:30 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with a Rosary beginning at 7:30 with Father Sang officiating.
