Elias Gutierrez

Funeral services for Elias Gutierrez, 50, of Belton, will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at the Dossman Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Gutierrez officiating.  Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-7 PM Tuesday evening with a Prayer service at 7:00 PM

Mr. Gutierrez died Sunday, June 21, 2020, at his home in Belton.

Mr. Gutierrez was born March 7, 1970, in Temple, the son of Roy and Frances (Tovar) Gutierrez.  He was a lifetime resident of Belton.   He was a truck driver for 27 years and worked for KLB &Sons.  He married Meli Castillo, October 3, 2009 in Temple.  He was a member of the Church of God of the First Born.

Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his wife Meli Gutierrez of Belton, two sons Andrew Gutierrez of Austin and Elias Roy Gutierrez of Belton; two daughters Samantha Gutierrez of Oklahoma and Joanna Hope Gutierrez of Belton; his parents Roy and Frances Gutierrez of Belton; three brothers Rudy Gutierrez, Abel Gutierrez and Simon Gutierrez and two sisters Elsie Springer and Lisa Barocio.

Masks are encouraged to be worn.
