Edmond “Ed” Reynolds, 61, of Belton passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his son’s home.
Edmond was born on May 23, 1958 in Belton to Ed and Wanda Reynolds. He grew up in Belton and graduated from Belton High school. Edmond owned and operated the Kountry Kitchen restaurant in Moffat for 10 years, he was a member of the Moffat volunteer fire department for over 10 years and he established Centex Aerobic Co. Ed attended The Bread of Life church in Temple.
Ed retired in 2014 and spent his retirement fishing, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and enjoying spending time with family and friends.
Edmond is survived by sons Jason Reynolds of Moffat, Jeremy Reynolds of Streetman, daughter Mandy Dyer and her husband Mike of Temple, sisters Peggy Burk and her husband Steve of Moffat, Patty Riddle of Temple, brother James Reynolds of Streetman, grandchildren Gage Reynolds, Delaney Dyer, Faith Reynolds, Adeline Reynolds, multiple nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Ed Reynolds, his mother Wanda Reynolds, his wife Melissa Reynolds and his brother Kenny Reynolds.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 6-8pm at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Dossman Funeral Home chapel in Belton with Terry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton cemetery in Belton.
The family will have an honorary dinner at the Moffat Community Center in Moffat directly after the services to honor Ed.
