Our beloved mother and grandmother Donna (Stacy) Meek passed on Friday, December 27, 2024, in her home surrounded by family.

A Memorial service for Donna Meek, 65, of Killeen, TX, will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 3, 2025, at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel in Belton, Texas with Pastor Rodney Garcia officiating.  A live stream option will be available.

Donna was born on October 28, 1959, in Morehead, KY to Bessie Jewel Stacy and Clayton Donald Stacy. She was a graduate of Rowan County Senior High School class of 1977.

She had three true passions in life: faith, family, and entrepreneurship.

Spiritually, Donna abided by the bible verse: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13. And she did.  There was nothing she could not learn, overcome, or forgive.  She sought the kingdom of God throughout her life and rested in the comfort of the Holy Spirit daily.

As a mother and grandmother, Donna spread unconditional and unwavering love.  Her family was blessed by her fun loving, over the top shows of affection.  For loved ones and friends, she provided a safe haven during life’s tribulations.

She was a natural entrepreneur who ran a wide range of businesses throughout her life in areas such as: real estate, barter exchange, and most recently YUMs Bakery. As a businesswoman, Donna was intelligent, hardworking, and enjoyed the challenge of mastering new skills.

The legacy she left behind for her family is one of faith and love.  She will be dearly missed, but always loved, cherished, and remembered.

She is survived by her daughter Stacey Nichole Batchelor; son-in-law Thomas Carlton Batchelor; grandson Paul Thomas Batchelor; and sibling Diana Whitt.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
