Deloris “Little Bit” Willoughby age 52, of Belton passed away on October 9, 2022, in Temple TX

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.  at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Dossman Funeral Home. Burial to follow at North Belton Cemetery, with an after-service reception being held at the Armstrong School in Belton TX.

Deloris Irene Willoughby, or Little Bit as she was more widely known, was born to Clarence and Deloris Spiller on April 4, 1970, in Bakersfield California. Deloris worked as a waitress and truck driver for many years, and more recently embraced her position as a stay-at-home mom and memaw. She met the love of her life Joseph Willoughby Sr. while out dancing in 1994, and they married August 15, 1998, in Belton. Little Bit loved going out dancing with her husband and friends, traveling, crafting, cooking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Little Bit is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Willoughby Sr. Her parents, Clarence and Deloris Spiller, her sister, Janice “Peanut” and husband Benny Carr.

She is survived by her five children, Wendi Bowles and husband, Scott of Austin. Joseph “JW’ Willoughby Jr. and wife, Amy of Odessa; Breanna Willoughby of Belton, Christopher Willoughby of Rogers, and Tarell “T.C.“ Willoughby of Belton; her 3 brothers, Clarence “Junior” Spiller, Darwin Spiller, and Robert “Dink” Spiller; her seven sisters Loretta “Toots” Weir, Hazel White and husband Bill, Viola “Mac” Carr and husband Danny, Leona “Onie” Rodriguez and husband Benny “Paco”, Nancy Gutierrez, Rachel Pritchard and husband Michael, and Sandra “Baby girl” Spiller; her seven grandchildren, Bryan , Joseph “Tre” III, Arya, Dalton, Charles, Lillianne , and Justin “JJ”, as well as many, many cherished family members and friends.
