Funeral service will be at 10am, on Wednesday, July 26th, 2023, at Dossman Funeral Home, Private burial to follow.

David Scott Ward passed on to heaven on July 17th, 2023.

David was born in Dallas Texas to his parents Malcolm & Mary Ward on February 22nd, 1968.  He graduated from Temple High School in where he was a defensive end for the Wildcat football team and a pitcher on the baseball team.  He attended Sam Houston State University and graduated in 1995.  He then worked for McLane Company as a national sales executive and for AT&T in Austin as a WiFi manager.  He attended Immanual Baptist Church in Temple.

David is survived by his parents, his daughter Corey Ward of San Antonio, his Brothers Bryan & Michael Ward of Temple, a stepson Dalton Elliot of Temple, a niece Ellie Ward of Temple, and numerous cousins.
