Daniel Dwaine Lock

Funeral services for Daniel D. Lock, 66, of Temple will be held at a later date at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors.

Mr. Lock died Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at his home in Temple.

Mr. Lock was born in New Mexico, November 27, 1955, the son of Harold B. and Nova W. (Davis) Lock.  He moved to Japan with his mother and stepfather when he was a teenager and graduated from Shofu High School in Japan.  He served in the United States Air Force from 1974-1980.  After the military he attended Stephen F. Austin University.  He worked for Citizens National Bank in Fort Worth for many years.   He has lived in Temple since 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harold B. Lock Jr.

Survivors include his stepfather, Warren “Bud” Castor of Temple and one brother, John Edward Lock of Nacogdoches.
