Cellia Linda Willoughby, 65, of Temple, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, at her residence. Visitation will be on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 5-7pm. The service will be on Saturday, February 17, at 5:00pm. Both will take place at Dossman Funeral Home.
Mrs. Willoughby was born on March 12, 1958, to Thurman Rubin Culp and Cellia Elvinna (Ackley) Culp in Cuero, Tx. She married the love of her life, Jimmy Willoughby, on September 4, 1973.
She loved spending time with her family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her absolute joy in life. She was also known as Tiny to many. She helped with the family business Culp's Produce her whole life. Produce ran through the family. She spent many years volunteering for the Special Olympics as a hugger, a coach for the T-ball team. She drove a Special Needs Bus and loved all those children. She let so many in her home as a home away from home for many. She was a Bell County resident most all her life. She will be dearly missed by so many.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Willoughby; one grandson, Mason Wilcox; 2 sisters; 5 brothers; her parents; her mother and father-in-law; and many more loved ones.
She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Seidell and husband Brett of Belton; granddaughters, Shawnee Thomas and family of Belton, Gabrielle Schechter and family of Wichita Falls, TX., Haley Wilcox and JT Glass of Pink, OK.; grandson, Noah Wilcox, of Norfolk, VA.; bonus granddaughter Morgan Alley, of Austin; sisters, Darnell Dragoo, husband Danny and family of Temple, Barbara Kelly and husband George, of Temple, Barbara Weddle of Pendleton; brother Eddy Culp and wife Brenda, of Salado; 5 great-granddaughters, and one on the way.
