Billie Louise Forrest of Temple passed away December 30th, 2023, in Temple Texas

Memorial service will be at 10am, Saturday, January 6th, 2024, at Dossman Funeral Home.

Billie was born in Little River-Academy, Texas on November 17th, 1926, to James Emmit Latham and Willie Bernice Hartrick Latham.

She married Dean Ross Forrest on July 6th, 1942, and were happily married until his passing in 1988.

Billie loved her sewing, quilting, reading, baking but mostly loved her family.  She loved to spend time with the grandchildren, great grandchildren, and the great-great grandchildren.

Billie is survived by sons; Billy Forrest, Ricky Forrest and Eddie Forest, her daughters Ross Ann Johns, Kitty Ellis, and Carolyn Teas, 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 46 years and daughter Donna James.
