Antonia M. Garza

Antonia Garza, 84, of Troy, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Visitation and Rosary will be on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 6-8pm, at Dossman Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Antonia was born on May 10, 1940, to parents Refugio and Alifonsa Martinez in Hutto, TX.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Nicodemus Garza, Sr.; three children, Francis Garza, Jacinto Garza, and Jesse Garza; four sisters, Helen Garcia, Lucia Baeza, Mary Lou Urbano, and Irene Nunez; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.

She is survived by one son, Nicodemus Garza, Jr. and wife Vickie; two daughters, Bellinda Chapa and husband Arturo, and Frances Arons and husband Dewayne; three brothers, Gilbert Martinez, and wife Mary, David Martinez, and Joe Martinez and wife Mary; three sisters, Adele Gonzales, Elena Sustaita, and Virginia Torres; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
