Carolyn Mae Turner

Mrs. Turner was born in Wayne, Ohio June 3, 1937 the daughter of Charles Albert Burchfield and Lena Arvella Powellson Burchfield. She married Joe Boyd Turner July 12, 1971 in Dallas. She was a waitress for over 30 years working at Chess's, Hallmark. Great Southwest and the Blue Bonnet Café Restaurants retiring in 2005. She was a member of the anchor of Hope Baptist Church in Belton. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2006 and one son Steve Schoolcraft in 2004. Survivors include one son Rodney Schoolcraft and wife Julie of Belton; two daughters Marla Jones and husband Darroll of Burnet and Barbara Owen and husband Chris of Temple; three brothers Carl Burchfield of Ohio, Paul Burchfield of Arizona and Richard Burchfield of Ohio and Sister Beverly Mick of Ohio; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
