Johnnie Faye Light

Funeral services Johnnie Faye "Judy" (Casey) Light, 68 of Belton, will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 29, 2010 at the Dossman Funeral Home with Joe Martin officiating. Burial will follow at the Llano City Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday evening from 4-6 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Light died Thursday evening in a Temple Hospital. Mrs. Light was born June 28, 1941 in Krebs, Oklahoma the daughter of John Thomas Casey and Esther Fay Duncan Casey. She married William Clayburn Light December 11, 1963 in Laverne, Oklahoma. She worked for many years in the restaurant industry. Later she was managing apartments. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, October 8, 1986. Survivors include son Will Light of Horseshoe Bay and daughter Michelle (Light) Whittemore of Belton. Three brothers Jesse Casey of Eclectic, Alabama, Tom Casey of Bixby, Oklahoma and John Casey of Tulsa Oklahoma and sister Sharon (Casey) Martin of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Four grandchildren Britney Gramer, Kyle Whittemore, Kaitlin Whittemore and Kara Whittemore and one great granddaughter Braylee Gramer.
