Graveside services for Claudia Fernandez, age 26, of Belton will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM at North Belton Cemetery with Deacon Armando Aguirre officiating. A Rosary was recited Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. She was born December 5, 1983 in Jose de Flechas, Durango, Mexico to Justino and Evangelina (Fernandez) Vasquez. She married Rafael Fernandez on November 30, 2001 in Mexico. She has lived in Belton for the past 9 years and was a member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Rafael Fernandez of Belton, 2 sons, Alexia Fernandez and Erik Fernandez both of Belton, daughter, Tyffany Fernandez of Belton, 2 brothers, Marcelo Vasquez and Justino Vasquez both of Mexico, 3 sisters, Rusario Vasquez, Guadalupe Vasquez and Maria Eugenia Vasquez all of Mexico. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up in her name at First State Bank at 2855 North Main, Belton, Texas 76513. Dossman Funeral Home of Belton is in charge.
