Frances Ann Holder, 74, of Belton died Sunday at a Temple hospital. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 3:00 PM at North Belton Cemetery with Deacon Armando Aguirre officiating. She was born August 8, 1935 to Frank and Viola Bayer in Waco, Texas. She married David Earl Holder on January 29, 1954. She worked for Montgomery Ward in Austin and then for Travis State School in Austin. She is a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, David; her father, Frank; her mother, Viola; a niece, Susan Booher; and her brother-in-law, Bill Jones. Survivors include a son and daughter -in-law, Mike and Gay Holder of Hutto, Texas; a daughter, Kathy Uhrig of Belton, Texas; a son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Kaia Holder of Muskogee, Oklahoma; a sister, Violet Diviney of Hurst, Texas; and a brother and sister-in-law, John and Diana Bayer of Gatesville, Texas; twelve nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, 2501 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 435, Dallas, TX 75219 or to Christ the King Catholic Church, Memorial Fund, 210 East 24th Avenue, Belton, Texas, 76513. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
