Ruby Kathryn Jackson

Mrs. Ruby Kathryn Jackson, age 78, of Belton died Thursday at her home in Belton. She is being cremated and a memorial service will be held later. She was born September 8, 1931 in Bell County to William Samuel and Libby Cora (Tarver) Copeland. She married Thomas Jackson April 29, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She worked as a waitress for 21 years at the Stagecoach Inn in Salado. She was a member of Miller Heights Baptist Church in Belton. Survivors include her husband Thomas "Jack" Jackson of Belton, son, Terry Turner and wife Linda of Belton, 2 step-sons, Steven Tregger and Bradley Thomas Tregger both of Medford, Oregon, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dossman Funeral Home of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
