Joyce Wilson

Funeral Services for Joyce Wilson, 82, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Dossman Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Loudin officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Wilson died Tuesday in a Temple hospital. Mrs. Wilson was born July 5, 1928 in Big Spring, the daughter of Albert and Evelyn (Dublin) Crews. She retired from the Department of Agriculture in 1989 and later worked for the Bell County Voter Registration and Vehicle Registration office in Belton. She married B.E. Wilson in June 1995 in Belton. She was a member of Taylor's Valley Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband B.E. Wilson of Belton, two sons; Byron Maudlin of Belton and Bob Maudlin of Crosby. Four step children; Eddie Wilson of Waco, Patsy McEver of Belton, Tammy Rickets of Burleson and Ricci Douglas of Belton. Three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Six step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Taylor's Valley Baptist Church Building Fund or Scott and White Hospice.
