Belton--- Memorial services for Emma P. "Missie" Curry, 70, of Belton, will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rudie Diaz Jr. officiating. Mrs. Curry died Monday, October 18, 2010, at her home. Mrs. Curry was born September 8, 1941 in Temple, the daughter of George and Lee Ethel Freeman. She attended school in Temple and graduated from Brazoria High School. She was a member of the Belton VFW Ladies Auxially Post 4008. She married Stanley Curry October 15, 1995 in Belton. She loved her family and all of her friends. She also loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bobby Henderson of Dallas and Floyd Henderson of Temple. Survivors include her husband Stanley Curry of Belton, two step-sons David Curry of Troy and Mac "Skeeter" Curry of Pendleton, one step-daughter Sherron Smith of Belton. Six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
