Juan Castro Untalan, Sr.

Mr. John Untalan, Sr, 71, of Killeen passed away on January 5, 2011 in Killeen, Texas. He was born on May 8, 1939 in Guam to Joe and Isebel (Castro) Untalan. Mr. Untalan was married Rachael Ponce on January 13, 1990 in Guam. He was a building inspector in Guam and had served in the United States Navy. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Killeen, Texas. Mr. Untalan is survived by his wife: Rachael Untalan of Killeen, 6 sons: Vincent Untalan of Tomaca, Washington, Rolland Untalan of San Antonio, Texas, Vincent Quinata of Killeen, Texas, Ivan Untalan of Guam, Matthew Untalan of Guam, John Untalan, Jr. of Killeen, Texas, 6 daughters: Elizabeth Untalan of Guam, Linda Tenorio of Guam, Christine Camacho of Killeen, Texas, Tammy Taloyo of Killeen, Texas, Karen Anderson of Guam, and Robin Quinata of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by a brother: Filex Untalan of San Antoino, Texas, sister: Rita Garcia of Guam, 39 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Mr. Untalan was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: Tommy Untalan, Roque Untalan, and Ben Untalan, and 4 sisters: Mary Maransa, Pike Fues, Annie Salas, and Delores Monteuende. Visitation will be Wednesay, January 112, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, Texas. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Killeen, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 1 PM at Central Texas Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
