Lillian Lewellen

Graveside services for Lillian Lewellen, 91, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 PM Friday at the North Belton Cemetery with Rev. Darren Walker officiating. Mrs. Lewellen died Tuesday January 25, 2011 in a Temple Nursing Center. Mrs. Lewellen was born October 28, 1919 in Belton, the daughter of Hugh and Letha (Ulrich) Hannon. She married O. D. Lewellen February 6, 1937 in Belton. She worked for many years at Monteith Abstract & Title Co. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Belton. Mrs. Lewellen was preceded in death by her husband, O. D. Lewellen, November 22, 2002 and brother Eugene Hannon October 18, 2009. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Cherry and Billy Luker of Belton. Grandsons Bryan Luker and Clay Luker and wife Kelley. Great grandchildren. Kaylee, Taylor, Cole, Jerrod, Aaron, Abby, and Arielle. Memorials may be made to the First united Methodist Church in Belton 205 East 3rd Ave. Belton, Texas 76513. The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home.
