Gerald Beaty

Belton--- Funeral services for Gerald Beaty, 67, of Nolanville, will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, March 4, 2011 at the Dossman Funeral Chapel with Minister Joe Baisden officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Beaty died Monday, February 28, 2011 in Killeen. Mr. Beaty was born October 7, 1943 in Bay City, Texas the son of James Earl and Lilly Bell Beaty. He was a veteran of the United States air Force. He worked for Xerox. He also worked for Central Texas College as an air craft mechanic for the aircraft program. He was a member of the Fault Line Flying Club. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joy Ann Beaty in 1983. Survivors include son, Travis Beaty of Nolanville, two daughters Teresa Beaty-Sykes of North Richland Hills and Jerri Beaty-Moore of Austin, ex-wife Doris Beaty of Belton, mother Lilly Bell Pearce of Francitas and brother Ronald Earl Beaty of Francitas; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
