Frances Mchenry

Belton---Funeral services for Frances McHenry, 85, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2011, at the Dossman Funeral Chapel with Ministers Loyd Hall and Joe Baisden officiating. Burial will follow at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Belton. Mrs. McHenry died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in a Belton Nursing Home. Mrs. McHenry was born December 21, 1925 in Temple, the daughter of Fred Harrison Chaney and Zelma Cownover Chaney. She married Cyril McHenry April 9, 1947 in Belton. She was a life long resident of the Belton Temple area. She was a member of the Belton Church of Christ. Mrs. McHenry was preceded in death by her husband April 16, 2010 and one brother Billy Dean Chaney. Survivors include one son David McHenry of Temple; two daughters Diane Hall and Brenda Mraz McHenry both of Temple; three brothers Fred Chaney of Waco, Pat Chaney of Graham and Gary Chaney of Marble Falls. Six grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. The Family will receive friends for visitation from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the Dossman Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Children's Home of your choice.
