Belton - Graveside services for Evelyn Brown, age 93, of Belton, will be held 10:00AM Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Moffat Cemetery under the direction of Dossman Funeral Home with ImaGene Berzley officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening at Dossman Funeral Home from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Evelyn Brown went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in Belton. She was born January 5, 1918, to James Marrion and Ovia Ward Shouse in Humble, Texas. Mrs. Brown married her husband, Sude "Ned" Brown, September 26, 1938 in San Saba, Texas. She is a Baptist and has lived in Belton since 1957. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son; two daughters; two brothers; and one sister. Survivors include, two sons, Leon Brown, Darrell Brown; two daughters, Frances Drake, Jewll Issack; one sister, Lela Mae Ballard; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
