William (Bill) L. Lloyd

Belton--- Funeral services for Bill L. Lloyd, 74, of Belton, will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the Dossman Funeral Home of Belton with Minister Joe Baisden officiating. Mr. Lloyd died Sunday, June 3, 2012, in a Temple Nursing Home. Mr. Lloyd was born February 15, 1938 in Lexington, Nebraska the son of Leslie and Blanche Lloyd. He married Jo Ann Fish, June 18, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska. He served in the U. S. Army retiring as Sergeant First Class in March 1977. He was a Boy Scout leader for eight years. Survivors include his wife Jo Ann Lloyd of Belton; three sons Gregory B. Lloyd of Kountze, Jerry L. Lloyd of Bryan and Brent L. Lloyd of Belton; brother Robert Lloyd of Franklin, Nebraska and sister Betty Vogt of Gothenberg, Nebraska. 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
